Hani S. Sadallah - General Manager, Fuelco Food Marts

Hani S. Sadallah is the General Manager of our retail division. He is a dynamic management professional with more than 15 years experience building regional sales and support groups in the gasoline and convenience store industry. He combines strong analytic, planning and organization-development skills with hands-on, in-the-field follow through. Hani's marketing and retail management expertise will augment the already substantial expertise on the Wholesale Fuels side of our business.

Hank C. Simpson - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Simpson holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Kentucky. He began his career with the Denver office of Arthur Anderson and Co. where he conducted independent audits of various firms primarily in the oil and gas and banking industries. Since leaving the public accounting industry his career has been focused on the retail and wholesale industries. He has served as the Chief Internal Auditor for Supervalu Inc., a major grocery wholesaler and retailer and Pace Membership Warehouse, a $5 billion warehouse club chain. Mr. Simpson has served in a number of financial reporting and accounting positions as well, including Corporate Controller for Polo Ralph Lauren, Group Director of Accounting and Reporting for Liz Claiborne and Assistant Controller for Ames Department Stores. Polo and Liz Claiborne have wholesale and retail operations, Ames was a 400+ store chain primarily serving the northeast. Mr. Simpson is a CPA, licensed in the state of Colorado.

Alex Guardia - Director of Environmental Affairs

Alex Guardia is the Assistant General Manager & Director of Environmental Affairs of our wholesale division. Mr. Guardia, a civil engineer, holds a Masters in Business and Construction Management from Northeastern University in Boston.

He brings over 25 years of experience with Getty and Lukoil. Alex's responsibilities include the development of environmental compliance and regulatory compliance training. In addition, Alex is responsible for monitoring and overseeing all remediation activities. His background includes environmental risk assessments within the gasoline retail industry. At Wholesale Fuels, Alex will manage a large variety of construction projects in conjunction with the conversion of certain sites into convenience stores and Seven-Eleven stores.

Chris Singleton - Office Manager, Wholesale Fuels

After graduating from the University of Albany in 1995, Chris spent eight years in finance, both as an equity trader and sales manager. He left the stock arena to start a successful real estate investment and management company and joined the Wholesale Fuels team in 2010. He will be managing the office and accounts receivable departments, where we will benefit from over 15 years of management experience. His high energy and lead by example style of management will help Wholesale Fuels maintain a high level of both customer and employee satisfaction.

Ed Kielkucki - Westchester Metro NY Sales Manager Wholesale Fuels

Ed is a graduate from Iona college with over 30 years of retail service station experience coast to coast. He has been instrumental in building our network of Shell branded supply contracts. His extraordinary experience in the New York metropolitan area, and his very broad industry expertise have served us well. Ed leads our new business acquisition team and directs the efforts of our field sales force. Ed is our specialist in Dealer Support, a role that he played with great success at Shell, and will continue to play at Wholesale Fuels.

Steve Fisher - Connecticut Area New Accounts Acquisition Specialist

During more than forty years of experience in the business with ExxonMobil Corporation in the Connecticut area, Steve developed great expertise in new account acquisition and account management. He will continue in that role at Wholesale Fuels.
